The San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) seeks a consultant who will provide significant communications support for the agency. This work will be conducted at the direction of the Legislative and External Affairs Division and will support implementation of the agency’s Strategic Plan, Public Affairs Plan, Social Media Strategy, and Outreach Strategy.
