Office of Administrative Law Approves Amendments to Commission Regulations

 

On May 4, 2026, the Office of Administrative Law approved amendments to the Commission’s permitting regulations and filed the amended regulations with the Secretary of State.  The amended regulations become effective on July 1, 2026.
