The San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) seeks the services of a consultant or consultant team to develop technical assistance guides and outreach to local governments for developing an economic analysis, as required by Senate Bill 272 (SB 272) and the Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan (RSAP).
