Required jurisdictions and their subregional liaisons

Local governments required to create a Plan include any chartered or general law city, chartered or general law county, or any city and county. The local governments listed below are required to create a Plan. Cities outside BCDC’s jurisdiction may be impacted by sea level rise and choose to create a Plan but are not required as indicated by an asterisk (*).
