Prepare for your pre-application meeting
How you can prepare to make the most of your pre-application meeting.
Before we meet
Taking time to prepare will help you get the most out of your pre-application meeting. Follow these steps:
- Share your project materials: Send the materials under What to submit before the meeting to your BCDC contact at least 2 weeks before the meeting
- Review the agenda: Go over the meeting topics and make note of anything you want to discuss or clarify
- Identify key challenges: Think about any obstacles your project might face
- Learn about BCDC policies: Review our guidance to see how BCDC policies may affect your project
- Prepare to share your project details: Be ready to explain your project’s goals, location, and any unique site features
