Several elements of this project are not related to the Safety of Fills and will not be covered in the ECRB meeting. These include the landside improvements\, other than the shoreline retention\, parking\, dredging for the ferry service and demolition of the current pier facilities. The Board will advise BCDC staff and the Applicant as to additional studies\, analyses\, or actions to be undertaken\, if recommended\, to minimize the risk and consequences to the bridge stability due to a seismic event\, overtopping\, erosion\, or sea level rise.
