All written comments concerning the proposed modifications must be received in our office on or before November 5, 2009, unless otherwise extended by the Commission. Written comments may be submitted by facsimile transmission (FAX), addressed to the contact person at 415.352.3656 or electronically (via e-mail) to e-mail address: joel@bcdc.ca.gov
The Commission held its third public hearing on July 16, 2009 and closed the public hearing. The Commission directed staff to schedule a public hearing in the fall on a revised preliminary recommendation.
