Supplemental Listing of Pending Administrative Matters
This report lists the administrative permit applications, federal consistency actions, marsh development permits in the Secondary Management Area of the Suisun Marsh, regionwide permit actions, minor amendments to the Suisun Marsh Local Protection Program, and emer-gency permits that are pending with the Commission. The staff members to whom the matters have been assigned are indicated at the end of the projects’ description. Inquiries should be directed to the assigned staff member prior to the Commission meeting.

The following non-material amendment has been filed and is presently pending with the Commission. The Executive Director will take the action indicated on the matter unless the Commission determines that it is necessary to hold a public hearing.

Description
Conduct the following pier repairs, necessary to support the possible use of the site for the 34th America’s Cup Event (AC34) and continued use of the piers for special events and back-up cruise ship berthing:
In the Bay (below the existing pier deck)
1. Place concrete jackets on up to twelve, 48-inch-in-diameter concrete piles, repair cracked piles with epoxy injection or concrete patching, and repair or replace substructure framing, as needed to repair and reinforce an approximately 77,700-square-foot area of Pier 32.
Within the 100-foot Shoreline Band (on top of the existing pier deck)
- Install, use and maintain approximately 2,240 square feet of steel plates on top of the pier deck to provide a 227-foot-long by 10-foot-wide driveway from the Embarcadero to Pier 32;
- Place, use and maintain asphalt patching and/or slurry seal over approximately 188,468 square feet of the Piers 30-32 deck; and
- Upgrade, use, and maintain water, sewage, and electrical lines at the site.
