    The Design Review board will review the design by Seawall Lot 337 Associates, LLC and Port of San Francisco for a mixed-use development at Third Street, between Terry Francois Boulevard and Mission Rock Street and reuse of Pier 48 and Pier 48-1/2, in the City and County of San Francisco. The project would include approximately 8 acres of parks and open space, including a redesigned China Basin Park.

  5. Mission Bay P22 Bayfront Park Project; BCDC Permit No. 2000.005.04; City and County of San Francisco (First Post-Permit Issuance Review)
    The Design Review Board will review the design by FOCIL-MB LLC, the Port of San Francisco, and the City of San Francisco for the Bayfront Park area of the Mission Bay Project, a redevelopment of an industrial area into a mixed-use waterfront neighborhood authorized by BCDC Permit No. 2000.005.04. The approximately 5.4-acre park would include shoreline pathways and bicycle access, overlooks, flexible lawn areas, interpretive exhibits, a pavilion, topographical elements, and other amenities. This is the Board’s first post-permit issuance review of this park.

Each speaker is limited to a maximum of three minutes during the public comment period, and the Chair may set time limits for each speaker at the beginning of a public hearing. BagleyKeene Open Meeting Act. As a state agency, the Commission is governed by the BagleyKeene Open Meeting Act which requires the Commission to (1) publish an agenda at least ten days in advance of any meeting; (2) describe specifically in that agenda the items to be transacted or discussed; and (3) refuse to add an item subsequent to the published agenda. In addition to these general requirements the BagleyKeene Act includes other specific provisions about how meetings are to be announced and conducted.
