  3. Burlingame Point, City of Burlingame, San Mateo County; BCDC Permit No. 2013.001.01.

BCDC’s Design Review Board will conduct a review of a revised proposal to construct a campus with six buildings (including a parking structure), a realigned road, publicly-accessible shoreline areas, shoreline protection improvements, and a bicycle/pedestrian path bridge, at an approximately 20-acre site, located at 300-333 Airport Boulevard, in the City of Burlingame, San Mateo County, authorized by BCDC Permit No. 2013.001.00. The activities proposed within the Commission’s Bay and 100-foot shoreline band jurisdictions include construction of the public access areas, sections of outdoor dining areas, a portion of the realigned roadway, and the shoreline protection. The proposed buildings and the majority of the realigned road would occur outside of the Commission’s jurisdiction. The Board reviewed a different design for the project twice prior to permit issuance.
